We zijn net terug van een drieweekse tour door Rajasthan en Varanasi. Een geweldige ervaring en een onvergetelijke reis!! Mede dankzij het organisatietalent van Ashok en zijn team. Wat begon met een emailaanvraag, eindigde in een volledig aanbod van hotels, bezienswaardigheden, binnenlandse vluchten en zelfs aanbevelingen voor restaurants. Alles op een open, transparante en duidelijke manier. Geen onaangename verrassingen!! Onze chauffeur (we hebben 2 weken samen rondgetoerd) was een geweldige kerel . Sprak goed engels maar was vooral voorzichtig en zeer efficient in sommige gevallen (de wegen zijn niet echt te vergelijken met de onze!!)
Al met al een serieuze aanrader voor wie Indië bezoekt. Wij gaan zeker terug en dan zullen we zeker de organisatie aan Ashok India Travels overlaten!! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen!!

Hola Ashok: Soy Nuri la hermana de Francisco Serrat de Blanes que estaba en Jaipur en septiembre y el grupo de Montserrat Casas los 4 españoles del sur de la India, disfrutamos mucho de nuestro viaje, pasamos unos días inolvidables con muchos buenos recuerdos, estuvimos cargados de dulces, bolígrafos y camisetas para los niños y la satisfacción de ver sus caras felices y felices para nosotros era importante. Un abrazo para todos ustedes por Gul y por Singh los perdimos, nos volvimos tristes cuando no pudimos terminar nuestro viaje con ellos nos hubiera gustado poder decir adiós con ellos al final de nuestro viaje. Gul nuestro guardaespaldas y Singh un excelente conductor y excelente persona. Hemos estado haciendo una gran cantidad de propaganda en el norte de la India y estamos deseando conocerte, espero verte de nuevo y encontrarte personalmente. Hemos disfrutado y reído mucho, los cuatro amigos han hecho todo lo posible para poder decidir nuestras vacaciones, todos vivimos en Blanes. nuestras caras reflejaron lo feliz y feliz que hemos sentido en su país que ahora es también un poco nuestro. Te mando este email de Barcelona que es muy bonito para que puedas disfrutarlo vivimos 60 km de Barcelona espero que te guste.Rosa no te asusta Me encanta hacer fotos he hecho casi 3000 fotos digo a Gul y Singh que voy a enviar hasta el final de esta semana por correo a su oficina ya que no puedo enviarlos por correo electrónico. Mi hermano no los ha visto todavía y ya quiere venir y ver que usted lo amará. Y lo contactaré otro día. Hasta pronto. Wir hatten eine zweiwöchige Rajasthan-Rundreise bei einem in Indien ansässigen Reiseunternehmen gebucht, das auch über eine deutschsprachige Webpage verfügt. Vor der Reise hatten wir noch einige Bedenken hinsichtlich der Zuverlässigkeit des Unternehmens, die jedoch gleich nach der Ankunft zerstreut wurden. Wir wurden am Flughafen in Delhi abgeholt, und nach der Ankunft im Hotel wurden uns alle Voucher für Hotels und sonstige Leistungen während der Rundreise übergeben. Wir konnten während der gesamten Zeit über ein gepflegtes Fahrzeug sowie den Fahrer verfügen und waren in jeder Hinsicht flexibel, auch was die von uns gewünschten Besichtigungen betraf (das vom Reiseunternehmen erarbeiteten Besichtigungsprogramm war nur ein Vorschlag). Die Organisation war vorbildlich und die vorgebuchten Hotels entsprachen internationalem Standard (wir haben in den Hotels häufig deutsche Reisegruppen angetroffen, die ein Mehrfaches unseres Reisepreises bezahlt hatten). Der Chef des Unternehmens war für uns jederzeit über das Fahrerhandy erreichbar und lud uns zu einem gemütlichen Abendessen in Jaipur ein. Der Fahrer war in seinem Beruf ein Genie, denn er beförderte uns jederzeit sicher und angenehm durch den sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen indischen Verkehr. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden und können dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Voraussetzung für eine solche Reise ist jedoch, dass man der englischen Sprache mächtig ist. |

Dear Ashok India Travels Team,
My friend, Jill Tostevin, & I combined two of your tours earlier this year & had a wonderful time. Your speedy reply to all my emails prior to arrival was more than one would expect. You also altered some of our hotels to those of our choice or advised us where necessary. The eighteen day tour of Rajasthan & Varanasi was a delight & was saw all that we had wanted to & more than we had expected. Our driver, Nur, was not only an amazingly good driver but observant of our every need. The hotels in which we stayed were all comfortable & more than we would expect of three stars. Our only small complaint is that we had to share a bed in many of them although we had requested twin beds. This was not a problem when the beds were King size but less comfortable when they were four foot six.. Some of the hotels change the allocated rooms for twin bedded ones. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time.
After that we spent four days with friends in Mumbai. Then we took the Kerala Backwaters tour, We could not believe how different Kerala was from Rajasthan. Not only the countryside but the people. Everyone was so friendly, constantly asking if we liked Kerala & very, very few hawkers, bliss! Some of the hotels in which we stayed were four star, I would think & the car was of a very high standard. As you know we had problems for the start. Our flight had been altered to an earlier time, one & a half hours earlier. You were as helpful as possible, by ´phone. We had different excuses, the driver was caught in traffic, he was looking for us, he was waiting in a different place. The truth was that the company had not informed him of the alteration. It then turned out that the driver had hardly a word of English. Of course we were in his country but were not able to learn his language for the short time we were there.
I spent a sleepless night worrying how we were going to manage because he had had to find some taxi drivers who could interpret for us. After a number of ´phone calls between you, an Indian friend of Mrs Tostevin & the proprietor of our guest house we were provided with an English speaking driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour & could not believe the extent of the tea plantations. The overnight cruise of the backwaters was ok, the boat was comfortable & the staff attentive. but we only actually cruised for four hours altogether. We realize that, after the wonderfully organized tour that your own company provided, there would be a lot to live up to. Anyway, we want to thank you for providing us with a wonderful tour. You made requested alterations & were as helpful as any one could possibly be. Yours was the only company who provided a personal service & at a very affordable price. We a recommending Ashok India Travels to all our friends & hope, when we have saved up, that we might come again. With heartfelt thanks,
