History reveals there were six hundred temples of Jain community most of them are now ruined. Maharana Kumbha rebuilt some of these temples. Situated in the northern part of the fort, the Pital Shah Temple is constructed on a raised plinth and consists of a multi pillared Sabhamandapa and a shrine. The shrine is a sarvatobhadra with remains of a pedestal with four pillars at the corner supporting a canopy over it. Its Sikhara has fallen. The Jangha is adorned with figures of Gods and goddess, apsaras, dancers and musicians. Nine Temples in a cluster known as Golerao Temples are surrounded by a round walled enclosure. The main temple which faces to east and is a Samavasarana Temple. Walls are sculptured with images of Gods & goddess. A garbhgrah is also constructed. The Famous Jain Shrine called "Bavan Devri" is so named as it has bawan (fifty two) shrines in a single complex with one entrance. Out of fifty two Shrines two are big in size, located in the center, the remaining fifty shrines are small in size and arranged all around the outer wall.
