House of Ming :
Arguably the premier Chinese restaurant in Delhi, The House of Ming enjoys the patronage of the hauté and happening of the city.While the Schezuan style offers deliciously hot and spicy fare, the Canton cuisine pampers the palates of those who prefer subtle and light food. The menu is a rich accumulation of Indian recipes evolved to the next level of modernity and served in pre plated portions. Each dish is a craft in itself with different flavours permeating to its core. Varq retains the Indian traditional way of cooking while using exotic ingredients like sea bass, diver's scallops, goose liver, halibut, sand crab and Karachi prawns.
Cuisine :
The restaurant offers the mix of Indian classical dishes as well as new innovative creations from across the nation. This gourmet paradise reflects flavors of India in a contemporary way, served in a gourmet dining ambience. The tamarind sorbet, sugarcane sorbet to change the palate, Kadi patte ke scallops, Ganderi Kebabs, Haleem Aur Kebabs, Atta Raan will be carved by table side. Unusual combination of a prawns and asparagus curry from Calicut, varqui crab (a mille feuille of peppered crab and tandoori prawns), Martabaan meat curry-a meat curry with red pickled chillies cooked in a ceramic jar would be the connoisseurs' choice.
